Change of Address
All non-US. Citizens must inform the Immigration Services, UCBIS, of any change of address within 10 days of making the change. A non-US Citizen is required to update the Immigration Services on form AR-11, which can be downloaded from the UCBIS website. You may access the UCBIS website through this website by going to "Useful Links." We ask our clients to also notify our office immediately of any change of address.

a. You do not have to talk to the police, FBI, INS, or any other law enforcement agent or investigator.
b. You do not have to let police or other law enforcement agents into your home or office unless they have a search warrant or an arrest warrant.
c. If they do present a warrant, you have the right to monitor their search and activities.
D. If the police, FBI, INS or anyone else tries to question you or tries to enter your home without a warrant, just say no!
E. If you are stopped on the street, ask if you are free to go.
F. Anything you say to the police, FBI, INS, ETC. will be used against you and others in court.
G. The FBI may threaten you with a grand jury subpoena.

V. AT AIRPORTS
A. If you are coming back to the U.S. from a foreign country, you have no protected rights.
B. If you are stopped at an airport within the U.S., do not argue, follow instructions.
C. What if I am in the plane and I was asked to leave because either the pilot does not feel comfortable or the passengers do not welcome you because of your name, or because of the way you look.
